We want you to enjoy your purchase. All jewellery are refundable/ exchangeable if returned within 14 days of purchase with the exception of earrings. Do drop us an email at hello@alexandraalberta.com to state the reason of return and we will let you know where to ship the item back to. One we have received the returned item; your refund will be processed. Please allow a week or the normal duration for your refund to be processed.
